The Franklin County Board of Education recognizes Upper Arlington as a new school district.

Superintendent Homer Mincy, along with a group of community leaders, establish the Upper Arlington Education Foundation (UA+Ed) to provide private funding to support programs, materials, and opportunities that enrich students’ environment and educational experiences, the expenses of which exceed the budget of the Upper Arlington City School District.

The Upper Arlington Alumni Association (UAAA) is formed by the Trustees of the Upper Arlington Education Foundation.

TODAY, the UAAA remains a strong community organization. The UAAA is supportive of our school district, wears black and gold with pride, connects alums all over the globe, and builds on our past to enhance experiences and opportunities for current students.

TOMORROW, the UAAA is structured to remain a significant part of the Upper Arlington Education Foundation and continue to keep graduates connected and engaged.
